The main issue were negative factors such as stench, flies and visual pollution have emerged due to leaks and overflows in the containers due to reasons such as the old generation of domestic waste (garbage) collection containers and their small volumes. The solution was the implementation of the “Smart Waste Collection and Monitoring City Cleaning Management System”. The benefits are detailed information and training for the use of containers and vehicles was provided by our technical team for 440 personnel working in our Directorate. At the same time, training was provided to 140 businesses operating in the destination region and 950 households residing in the region. In the Domestic Waste Collection System, 400 old generation galvanized containers were collected in 13 hours and 20 minutes; With the Smart Domestic Waste Collection System, 5 underground Smart Containers with a capacity of 5000 lt and 76 pieces of 3750 lt capacity Above Ground Smart Containers were collected in 2 hours and 42 minutes, preventing time loss of 10 hours and 32 minutes etc.
