The Regional Federation of Tourist Offices of Normandie – OTN, works with the 63 Tourist Offices. Many territories in Normandie have understood challenges related to sustainable management and development. But the subject is so vast, it is difficult to know where to start. Thanks to an initiative with 9 volunteer Tourist Offices, and external consultancy, OTN co-constructed the CSR reference framework for Tourist Offices and a toolkit to support all Tourist Offices to develop sustainable practices and a CSR approach. The project was successful and more Tourist Offices are being supported.
